This opt out does not apply to information provided to the Company as a result of a product purchase, warranty registration, product service experience or other transactions.

However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. However, please know we do not currently sell any personal information, except in the case of an onward transfer.

California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. We ask our business customers to only provide business related points of contact, such as business emails, addresses, telephone and/or cellphone numbers, and business account information. We do not process financial transactions and therefore do not collect financial information; however we do receive and collect shipping information. We use the Shopify platform for our e-commerce webstore and Stripe for online payment processing. Purchases for merchandise ordered from the Website may be made processed using many third party payment software applications, including but not limited to, Apple Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Square. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we use reasonable measures intended to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Website. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.
